  • Custom grillz take 8-12 business days to be made after we receive your mold.

  • Other custom jewelry orders may have different production times, which will be communicated upon order placement.

  • We will provide updates throughout the process so you know when your order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and the selected method, but typically range from:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.)

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S.)

    • International Shipping: Varies by country (Customs processing may delay delivery)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected method.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Once an order has been shipped, ASJ Grillz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or delivery service.

  • Any issues must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
