1. GENERAL TERMS

  • ASJ Grillz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

  • You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

  • Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updates to the terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

  • All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

  • ASJ Grillz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • All sales are final once the production process begins. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed.

  • Custom grillz require a 50% deposit to start. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or pickup.

  • The deposit is non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the order.

  • Customers are responsible for submitting accurate mold impressions. Poor impressions may result in improper fit, and ASJ Grillz is not responsible for any issues related to incorrect molds.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Production time for custom grillz is 8-12 business days after receiving the mold.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

  • ASJ Grillz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • All products sold by ASJ Grillz are used at the customer’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or adverse reaction caused by our products.

  • Customers should consult with a dentist if they have concerns about wearing grillz.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including images, text, logos, and designs on www.asjgrillz.com, are the property of ASJ Grillz and may not be used without permission.
